Refunds are only valid if the participant stays for the entire program and requests a refund from the Seminar Manager the day the participant completes the seminar. Prior to attending the seminar, tuition is not refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may have someone substitute for you, just call five days prior to the program and let us know. Otherwise, your enrollment will be transferred to the next scheduled program. This may be done one time only. Dates, times and location are subject to change.
